Hurry!!! Calacanis stil accept subscribers!

For whatever it’s worth, I am posting a time sensitive post to a brand new blog, with probably only 1 reader. Maybe through some flux, this post will benefit someone…

Here is the news: Jason Calacanis seems to still accept new subscribers to his private mailing list!!

If you haven’t heard yet, Calacanis officially announced his retirement from blogging last July 11. On the same post, he also announced that he was moving to a new medium to interact with his audience: a private mailing list. He mentioned that he was going to cap the subscriver limit to 750. The good news is that right now he has more than 4200 subscribers, and as of a few days ago, he still accepted my subscription request.

To this day, he has written 16 posts to his mailing list. Posts range from several great insights to entrepreneurs, some announcements, a movie review, and some rants against some big fat giant company. So basically his regular blog posts, and then some. The mailing list is archived, but the archive is only available to subscribers. So if you find his insights in his blog to be valueable, subscribe to his list now!!

A side annecdote, after his retirement, Calacanis has posted 3 blog articles. One article to confirm that he still is retired from blogging, and 2 link posts on recent Mahalo finds. It’s unknown if he will continue with his pseudo-retirement and if he will ever put a hard lid to his mailing list.
