This is the personal blog of Ezra Nugroho. Anything expressed in  here are solely my opinions, and not the opinions of my employer.

What is Lucita? It’s just a play on the Spanish word ‘lucha’, which means ‘to fight, to struggle.’ Although this blog is eclectic in topics, it will certainly contain thoughts on my personal struggles, mostly on being a better software engineer, trying to be an entrepreneur and being financially independent.

Just a few disclaimers:

• I am a full time employee, and have never created a startup myself.
• My recent wife and I are in a reasonable financial condition, but by no means we are financially independent.

I guess what I am trying to say is that ‘Luchita’ is going to be more of the blog about the journey, i.e. about what I have discovered so far, and  what I am discovering as I go. The past may have better value for you than the later, but the distinctions may be blurred. Just set your expectation accordingly, and you will be okay

My sincere hope is to find readers who are more or less on the same boat, and that we can compare notes and get there faster. Bon appétit!
